Making a claim

A clear claim path,
in writing.

If something covered goes wrong, the route to a resolution is short and documented. Your installer runs the claim from first contact to refitted film.

  1. Contact your installer

Reach out to the certified installer who fitted your film — their details sit on your warranty record.

  2. Submit your record

Share your warranty number, installation date and clear photos of the affected area.

  3. Assessment

The installer checks the film against the coverage terms, on‑site or from your images.

  4. Resolution

Approved claims are put right with replacement film refitted — no charge for parts or labour.

What to have ready

Keeping these to hand lets the assessment happen without a second visit.

  • Your installer‑issued warranty record number
  • Installation date and fitting location
  • Vehicle make, model and registration
  • Daylight photos of the affected film, one wide and one close
