The 70 films preserve more visible light and are the natural starting point for frequent night driving. The 47% and 51% films have a more noticeable tint. Final suitability depends on your factory glass and local regulations.
UV99 and UV PRO focus on UV protection and glare control. UV99 +1 is the film in the range that adds heat rejection — 54% total heat rejection and 89% infrared rejection. See the Films page for the complete comparison.
The nano-ceramic construction is non-metallic and designed not to create the signal interference associated with metallised films.
A full vehicle generally takes two to four hours, depending on window count and rear-glass complexity. Allow three to five days for the adhesive to cure fully.
UV99 films are designed for automotive glass, but permitted visible-light levels differ by window position and jurisdiction. Your installer must confirm what is legal for your vehicle before cutting film.
After curing, use a soft microfibre cloth with an ammonia-free glass cleaner. Never use abrasive pads, blades or scrapers on the filmed face.
